The story of the Drama Halef: Köklerin Çağrısı 2025

The series follows the story of Serhat (Şen), a highly successful surgeon who traded the destiny his homeland had in store for him for building a completely different life for himself in Istanbul. This decision leads him to Melek (Pusat), whom Serhat immediately falls in love with and secretly marries without his family knowing, but fate has an unforeseen surprise waiting for him.

Forced to return to Urfa, Serhat finds himself in the middle of the past he has been running from for years, living in the shadow of two rival families. Pushed to accept the values he once rejected and transform from a career-driven surgeon to agha, Serhat faces a difficult choice, which is only exacerbated when his family asks that he marry Yıldız (Yılmaz) to end the feud completely. As Melek arrives in Serhat’s homeland in hopes of reuniting with her love, Serhat is torn between his heart and his conscience, and he must face the weight of his past.

Love, loyalty, and power intertwine, and hidden secrets slowly come to light because no one in this mansion is as innocent as they seem. Everyone has a secret they’ve buried inside and a past they carry in silence.
